How could I’ve missed such surreal nerd masterpiece?

The Mill working with Partizan Lab and director Chris Cairns has worked on the surreal music promo “Neurosonics Audiomedical Laboratories” by the Scratch Perverts. We follow a journey to a laboratory with equipment and screens as a technician begins to open various cases and produces live heads. The heads are placed to amp creating a drum kit. They then begin to play the decks and drums, with the heads talking, rapping, beat boxing and singing.
The ‘heads’ were shot by spinning people ‘heads’ on spinning turntables at 33.3rpm at high speed and then matching them to the turntables. The film was made in collaboration with The Scratch Perverts, Foreign Beggars, Shlomo and Will Clarke with sound design by Will Cohen.
