Get Connected

I can’t believe I am going to introduce you to someone who is first of all, born in 1990 and is already a professional and successful graphic artist working for giants like NIKE.

Victor van Gaasbeek (21) is a graphic designer and illustrator from the Netherlands. He studied the Master Class Graphic Design at the Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam. And is currently studying Visual Communication at the Willem de Kooning Art Academy. He’s also working as a graphic designer at design and communication agency Bfocussed.

Victor’s works consists of identity design, illustrations, type design and more. He has already worked for many brands including  NIKE. He’s also doing some photography on the side, just for fun.

For The Sliced Pixel Project Victor used the technique of slicing pixels. The pixels were sliced in half, and with the sliced pixels he created numerous animal heads. Up-close all you see is triangles, but when you look from a distance, the big picture becomes clear.

I guess, this is only the beginning of a stunning career.
